We are mobile, we make simple, honest food--mostly pizza, and we cook with fire.


Look for Crust at Salto Coffee Works in Nederland every Tuesday evening beginning when summer comes to Nederland, and continuing til it gets too cold and dark to make pizza outdoors. That’s about the first week of October. There’s usually some live bluegrass on the patio and good beer on tap.


We make the other pie, too. The American kind. We take seasonal fruit and wrap it in a flaky, whole grain crust made just for you. It fits right in your hand. That’s why we call it Hand Pie. It’s not made of hands.


The hand pies in the upper right corner are made from Palisade Peaches. I may have eaten one while I drove the truck to the rehearsal dinner where they starred as dessert. I keep them in the front seat next to me when I drive. For safety.


We’d love to make pizza in your driveway, at your wedding, or for your best friend’s birthday. We LOVE rehearsal dinners, house-warmings, and family reunions. Let’s set something up.
